41st Annual Brentwood Rotary Pancake Day

Our 41st Annual Pancake Day was certainly one to remember! We started the day with a bit of a rainstorm and some mild anxiety about what was to come, but once the weather cleared and the classic cars started showing up, the energy and hunger level jumped off the charts!  While the number of people served remains a bit of a moving target, we know that we purchased over 600 plates and all of them were used, and we might have run out of syrup. Thanks to Jarod Tanksley and Brian Goss for coordinating the effort to co-host with Kars 4 Kids and to John Helm, Sarah Johnson, Julie Porter and Jordyn Nielsen for coordinating the Pancake Day volunteer and operations activities.
